No cameras. No wearables.

Know Mum is safe,
without intruding.

Thyme watches quietly from the wall — no cameras, no wearables, no asking Mum to press anything. If she falls, or if something feels off, you'll know before she has to say a word.

Set up in minutes.
Peace of mind that lasts.

Thyme uses the WiFi signal already in your home to sense movement — no cameras, no microphones, no extra gadgets needed.

1

Plug in & connect

Your Thyme sensor plugs into any standard wall socket. The free app guides your parent or carer through a five-minute setup — no engineer visit required.

2

Learns the routine

Learns what normal looks like for Mum — so you're only alerted when something's actually wrong. No false alarms. No audio. No video. Just the reassurance that she's going about her day.

3

Alerts when it matters

If a fall is detected, or if there's an unusually long period of no movement, you get a quiet notification on your phone — with no false alarms from pets or normal night-time rest.

Some products tell you when your loved one mentions feeling unwell.

Thyme knows she fell before she could say a word.

Passive WiFi sensing. No conversation required. No button to press.

Built around dignity and trust
not surveillance.

No cameras

Thyme never records or streams video. Your loved one's privacy is completely protected.

No microphones

No audio is ever captured. Thyme senses movement only — never sound or conversation.

No wearables

Nothing to charge, wear, or remember. Thyme works passively — your parent doesn't need to do anything.

Uses existing WiFi

No new broadband plan or extra hardware needed. Thyme works on the WiFi already in the home.

See how Mum is doing —
without calling or visiting.

The Thyme app gives you a quiet window into your parent's day. Movement patterns, room activity, and instant alerts — all on your phone.

Common questions

No. Thyme does not record audio, video, or images. It uses changes in the home WiFi signal to detect movement — similar to how radar works, but using existing broadband. No footage is ever stored or transmitted.
No. Once Thyme is set up, it works completely passively. There's nothing to press, wear, or remember. Your parent goes about their normal day as usual — Thyme works quietly in the background.
Thyme works on any standard home broadband connection — even slower rural connections. It uses very little data and does not stream video, so it will not slow down other devices in the home.
If the home WiFi connection drops, Thyme will notify you on your family app so you are aware. The sensor reconnects automatically when the connection is restored.
Personal alarms require the user to press a button — which may not be possible in a fall. Thyme detects falls automatically, with no action needed from your loved one. It also gives you ongoing activity awareness, not just emergency alerts.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or pause your subscription with 30 days notice at any time. We will arrange return of the sensor at no cost to you.
We are launching initially in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, with Great Britain to follow. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when Thyme is available in your area.
